Generally, items that can be posted safely to the studio (and returned) without specialist couriers. If you’re unsure, tell us what you’re sending in the form — we’ll confirm what’s practical.
Do you photograph reflective or glossy products?
Yes, but they can require a slightly different approach. Mention reflective surfaces in your enquiry so we can advise on the best setup.
What background do you use?
Plain backgrounds are standard for packshots. If you have a specific requirement for your platform (for example, pure white), tell us and we’ll work to that.
How do I ship products to you?
Once you enquire, we’ll confirm the studio address and what to include in the parcel (product list, SKU notes, any handling instructions).
Can you match the look of previous images?
